Ian Lindsay
As a Partner at Pioneer, Ian Lindsay is responsible for business development, capital formation and investor relations, in addition to serving as a member of the firm’s executive committee.
Ian held a similar role at Model Equity, a real estate investor firm focused primarily on multi-family investments in Texas, where he still serves as advisor to the CEO. He is also a senior advisor at Apex Capital Partners, a private equity firm and at Grand Ventures, a Midwest based venture capital fund.
Before joining Pioneer, Ian was Managing Director at a single-family office where he focused on private equity, hedge funds, alternative investments and real estate. In this role, he successfully led multiple private equity transactions and played a pivotal role in closing over $2 billion in real estate transactions.
Prior to his role in the family office, Ian served as Managing Director at both Guggenheim Partners and Mizuho Bank.
Ian earned his Bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University.
